PTSD Survey

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a huge issue in the veteran population here in Washington state. PTSD is still a relatively new term in the mental health field, and many vets either don't know what the symptoms of PTSD are, or don't believe they suffer from it.

In our discussions with veterans over the last few months, I've often heard vets mention having symptoms that are signs of PTSD, but many still claim they do not suffer from it.

This survey is adapted from a common PTSD screener form that many primary-care doctors give patients to see if they present with any PTSD symptoms. This is a very simple Flash project, but I hope to somehow combine it with some of our veterans' stories and opinions about PTSD.
